I was 47 kgs and very thin at the age of 14. I started basic exercise at that time. Many people made fun of me. I overlooked at it. I continued & started observing the changes. I became regular. I started following a basic diet plan. It helped mentally too. I made it a fixed activity of my schedule. I was employed too. I went to college. I slept for 4 to 5 hours, still the physical result was amazing and it helped me learn a lot. I am a normal human being. I work and I am busy with many activities daily. Hence, best is to follow a basic exercise plan along with an easy affordable diet plan. I enrolled for a diploma in "Health & Nutrition Science". It's an easy and basic course.
